About Us

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this Organization/club is to involve students of Bsc.CSIT in IT field areas and activities.

MEMBERSHIP:

Membership shall be open to any member in the NIHAREEKA COLLEGE CSIT STUDENTS who are intrested in the organization/club purpose to desire to take part in its programs.

LEADERSHIP:

section I: Leadership will be taken by the President, Secretary General & Treasurer.

section II: The President shall preside at and coordinate all meetings and call special meetings. He will observe the duties of the other officers, assisting where to necessary. GLC (General Legal Counselor) shall legally attached to the club he/she shall be looking after president to make him correct and make do things right. The Secretary general shall keep a record of all meetings, maintain organization memberships, membership directories and maintain contact with the advisers. The Treasurer shall be responsible for the preparation of annual financial report and budget; with the assistance of any member, and will provide periodic updates to on the organization's account status.

Club Time Duration:

Each year new committee member will be selected or formed. Club time duration based on the english date i.e 2016/17

FUNCTIONS:

To provide help to the students facing problems in IT course.
To conduct IT programs
IT trainings and workshop.

MISSIONS:

IT fair/fest
IT magazines (annual magazine)
IT seminar to fresher's.

The team decided to kick start the very first attempt by organizing a training this tuesday. The third semester and the sixth semester's students themselves are going to attend the training.
